START HERE

If bullying is happening, you do not have to deal with it alone.

These are simple first steps that can make a real difference.

1

Tell someone

Speak to a parent, carer, teacher, safeguarding lead or another adult you trust. If nothing changes, keep telling.

2

Keep a record

Write down dates, times, places, what happened and who saw it. Save messages and screenshots when it is safe to do so.

3

Stay supported

Try to stay near friends and trusted adults, especially in places where bullying is more likely to happen.
